We’ll often do brief phone conversations to screen a candidate and make sure that they’re qualified for the job. We also like to find out what they really want in a job too, so that we know it’s good match on both sides.

Scheduling Interviews 

Once we’ve found some good candidates with potential, we follow up with you to get the top qualified candidates interviewed as soon as possible, so that you don’t lose the opportunity to hire the best.

Credit/Reference Checks

We also do all the details of credit and reference checks, to make sure that there are no surprises.

Extending Offers

This is the best part! We enjoy making offers and seeing both craftsmen candidates and employer clients both happy with the results.
